I am looking for a Realtor in the Lewisville, Texas area that would like to partner up in getting some referrals.  I am getting ready to start a direct mail campaign and will be looking for properties to flip, wholesale or rentals.  But, I imagine there will be some individuals who are just looking to list their house and I would like to be able to refer a good Realtor to them.  

My area will be Lewisville, Carrollton and The Colony.  If you are a Realtor or know of a Realtor in this area and would like to partner up on some referrals please let me know.
