Hello BP friends,

I am looking for some referred real estate contacts in the greater Jacksonville, FL area. As an out of state investor I would love to find an agent who works well with such. In the past, my best relationships have come from agents who have experience in PM, knowledge of construction costs, and their own network of wholesalers, contractors, and PM companies.

If anyone can make a suggestion I would greatly appreciate.
