I'm looking at a property that has 4 units in it. These 4 separate areas are a 1 bedroom and 1 bath. There is also a duplex attached to this building, so I'm assuming for lending purposes, this building is classified as a 5-plex?

Or do you think I could qualify for a VA / Fannie Mae Loan
