Hey gang, I was online at a completely unrelated website and got an adsense ad for WNYHouseBuyer.com - anyone know who the man/woman behind the curtain is on this one? Anyone have any experience with them, or done any deals with them?

I sent them a message through their website and hope to hear back, but I figured I'd ask around in the meantime.
