Help writing a letter to seller
Hello BP people!
I am hoping someone here has some experience with what I am trying to do and can help give me some pointers/tips on how to do it.
There is a property that I want to buy but do to a short sale on my record its preventing me from obtaining financing until September when the 3 year mark is satisfied. I wanted to write a letter to the seller (a small local builder) to see if they would be interested in working with me by either doing a short term seller financing option or another strategy that I am unaware of that may work.
Thanks so much in advance everyone for your help and advise!
