What do you think about this deal?
Hello everyone, I recently put an offer on a condo in Aurora, IL
It's in a decent area very close to a major highway and the Chicago Premium Outlets.
Here are some of the numbers
They countered my offer at 60k
HOA $203 Includes Water, Heat/Gas etc...
Taxes are just over 1k a year
All in payment around $600-650 as I'll be putting down 20%
Rent looks like to be around $950-1,100
Curious to see what you guys think! Thanks!
