My wife and I are headed to Port St Lucie, Florida to look at a few homes for sale in the area. Port St Lucie is about 45 minutes north from where we live but it seems to be a better investable area. This will be our first investment property so if anyone has any tips and/or advice that would be greatly appreciated.
