REO property owner?

I have a potential investment house I've found in the Atlanta area. It's owned by Bank of America but I cannot seem to get any information on the house. Any idea on how to actually get someone who can let me know how much they would be willing to sell the house for. It looks like it's been foreclosed for almost 3 years. Someone is mowing the grass so I know that it is at least in the system somewhere. I can't seem to make any head way on finding any info on the house. Any ideas or advice....???
