Who needs a platform for Real Estate Deals?

Since this is about buying real estate, or finding real estate deals, I put it into this forum section.

I'm been a software developer all my life, been programming since I was 10, founded a few tech companies and sold them before jumping into real estate. Over the last few years working in real estate, I have created a software platform that lets me and my team find properties without having to leave a desk. We can identify hundreds of deals in the matter of minutes.

I showed it to my banker once. He told me that he spent the last 20 years in the business to learn everything about everyone in the area, and my platform provide me with the same intel in just the matter of minutes. He was very impressed. I've also looked around online and used other products, but they cost hundreds if not thousands of dollars a month most of the time. So this got me thinking. Most people new to the biz and cant afford them platforms. They struggle with finding off market properties. I could bring this product to market at a price anyone could afford.

You could search for the type of properties you would want, price point, size, owner current debt, etc, etc, and the system will find properties that will likely make a deal. It will then general a letter and envelope for you. All you have to do is print and mail.

So my question is; are your interested in a platform like this for lets say $45 a month, and what regions are you interested in having it if I decide to bring it to market?
