Files for contingent on inspection

I am about to hear back on an offer that is contingent on inspection. If they accept we have a closing date set for a month from now. Was wondering if there are any document in the "files" section on bigger pockets that others have found helpful in organizing & guiding you through the whole inspection period? I want to make sure I cover all my bases in the time allotted. It's an old home. Thanks in advance!
