ive been trying to get listings for a while now but its been really hard and i need to start getting some income.

The few buyers i have worked with in the past hvae been really easy since there is very little inventory.

i think i might transition to working with buyers for a little bit since its so easy and since ive been struggling getting listings.

how do i find them?

1. listings

2. open houses

3.

4.

There is  a national association of real estate developers if you Google. Also you can go down to your county or city department and see who has submitted zoning applications for residential developments or site plans for approvals. Call them and set up a meeting. You can drive around also for new developments where the land is just being cleared. There is a stake with box in the ground and if you open it up there is usually a sheet in there for the company and owners.

Just have to get out there and start hustling. If there is a will there is way. If you get 9 no's but number 10 was going to be 500,000 in commissions to you over 3 years and you quit then you never would have found them.

Sometimes on commercial deals I have to make hundreds of calls to find my clients the right property but I make 6 figures per deal.
