Buying two rented properties - Don't want the property manager
All,
Please help, considering two rented properties... the properties were rented 2 months ago using a property manager. When I buy the properties I do not want to use their manager, I have my own property manager, but that is my wife. I do not need nor want to pay a property manager.
1. Am I forced to continue that contract?
2. If the answer to 1 is not necessarily, how can I prove, or make sure I don't have to use them?
Thanks in advance.
