I am looking to buy a couple properties later this year and am trying to decide on an area. I am on the Orlando are and already own 3 properties in that area and it is getting a bit pricey and hard to find a good deal. I prefer single family homes and I am considering 3 areas, Tampa, Jacksonville or Tallahassee. I am looking for properties priced under $110k. I am not super familiar with any of these areas so I am looking for a pro in each area to show me the ropes. I would prefer to buy both homes in the same city. I am leaning towards Tallahassee because there seems to be a fair amount of inventory there that looks pretty decent. Any help will be greatly appreciated and I am also looking for someone to manage them once I acquire them. No big hurry I am just poking around to see what's out there at the moment.
