Homepath Property with non disclosed well/water pressure issue

we bought a homepath property and found there may be a serious water pressure issue, We bought a home warranty, however, it only covers the well pump, and not the well.  will Fannie Mae assist in drilling a new well?

No they will not.  Fnma and other government entities as well as banks are exempt from disclosures regarding the sale of properties obtained through foreclosure.  You might have been able to get some concessions during your inspection period but post closing the well is your responsibility
