Hey Everyone, I was speaking with one of my private lenders on the subject and he expressed how he loves both actually. For me, I've done wholesaling and have had success with it, but now I really want to focus more on rehabbing and I'm putting plans in place to do so here in Omaha and 3 other markets. What's your favorite?
