Private Money Lenders, I'm Ready, I'm Set, Now let's Go!

OK, I feel that I have gotten my team started. Found a Realtor, located a few hard money lenders. Researching contractors. 

Now I am realizing I need to find private money lenders. I have the experience and drive to get things done, but not the capital to put down payments. 

So I am reaching out to my fellow investors to see if they know of anyone that invests from Everett to Blaine Washington?
