I've been reading The Book on Flipping ( I think its the most straight to the point real estate book I've ever read) and at the same time I've been searching for properties. I stumbled upon an REO property that could use some rehabbing but I'm not plannig to flip a home until I finish reading the book. I wanted to know is it easy to wholesale an REO property?
