Dear Denver Area Investors,

Good news!  The most authoritative vacancy & rent survey for the Denver Metro area was just released by the Apartment Association of Metro Denver (AAMD) for 1Q 2016, and since BP'ers are such data driven individuals, I thought I would share.

Here is 200 pages of all of the data you could imagine.  If you just want the high-level summary, see pages 10-12.

The report includes Denver, as well as Aurora, Boulder, Golden, Douglas County and many other neighboring areas.

Enjoy!
