HI everyone, i would like to know if anyone here knows of a title company or re attorney wholesaler friendly to close? i called a company and they had no idea what a wholesaler is

what would someone recommend to get purchase and sale agreement from and assignment contract wholesaler friendly here in Providence Rhode Island?
