Looking for Real Estate Investors
Hello All! This is my first discussion question. My mother owns a rental home in Dallas, TX that after 11 years of renting she would like to sell. The house is very large at 4 bedrooms and is a beast to repair after every renter. We would like to fix it up to get top dollar but we do not have access to the min. $60k needed to do some major repairs and an equity loan is not an option. Is it a feasible option to find an investor who would like to put in the money for the rehab? How would I go about finding someone?
