I was referred to NASB for non recourse lending for self directed IRA investing. I was wondering if anyone had any direct experience with them?

actually, there are number of other lenders who offer non-recourse financing, I've put together a list here:

Yes, they can go as high as 70% LTV in some states. The closing cost were very reasonable.
