Great Monday!!!

I am looking to purchase multi-families nation wide.  I have looked at costar and loopnet and was not impressed.  I am looking for value add or turn key.  Value add my ideal is under 60 cents on the dollar.  Turn key I will pay 80 cents on the dollar.

I have an excessive line of credit and can close quickly.
