Newb questions
I just started looking at and analyzing some deals and I have some very general questions.
#1 Do you only work with one real estate buyers agent? Are you allowed to and is there utility in having more than one. When I bought my primary residence I signed a single agent contract. But ive been working with a new agent who hasn't asked me to sign one.
#2 Can you get financial info ie expenses and current rents before looking at properties? Can i contact listing agents these directly or do I need to go through my buyers agent. The way its been working is my agent sets up times with the listing agent and then we go to see properties and then the listing agent has some very general numbers prepared. Seems like I could save a lot of time if I could get the numbers without driving around.
