Real Estate Lawyers - How can i incentivize for speed of service

Need advice - I am increasingly getting frustrated by the SLOW pace of real estate lawyers on both sides of the deal - for instance the time it takes after title docs are available to resolve matters and close (by sellers lawyer). I need to find a better way to incentivize for speed. am I the only one who is experiencing this and do you have ideas on how to solve for this. Thanks a ton!
