Incompetent lender- extension request
Hi everyone,
Got my flip under contract about a month ago and we were scheduled to close on May 6. My Attorney told me the lender hasn't sent any documents to her yet, but the appraisal happened last week.
Should I request additional and non-refundable earnest money?
The seller attorney also said the lender hasn't issues an unconditional commitment. What does that mean?
