Subject-to cheap house less than $2000

I am a newbie to subject to investing but I found a house in my area that used to sell at $305,932 back in 2005 but now it's on sale for $1,250 which is almost a 90% decrease. The house is a 3bedroom 4,161 sqft. The number of baths is not listed but the owner showed pictures of many spaces, including a decent kitchen but there are no images of the bathroom. Should I take a risk and buy the house subject-to or should I drop it?
