Owner Financing Substitution/Something Similar But More Appealing
Hey BP Community! A conventional loan isn't an option at the moment so I've been trying to get some Owner Financing (Land Contract) deals. I've mentioned Owner Financing (Land Contract) to several sellers and they all seem to be completely turned off to the whole idea. Is there anything that can substitute for owner financing or something maybe more desirable in the eyes of the seller and at the same time still creating a win/win situation?
Any Answers Or Ideas Are Appreciated! Thanks!
