Good afternoon, BP,

I'm reaching out today because my wife and I are moving out of a nice 3-2 in Garland, TX and heading for Durango, CO. Our landlord is looking to sell and I thought BiggerPockets should know about it. We've lived there since November of 2013 and happliy have paid $1,300/month for the past 4 or 5 months. I think you could get $1,500. The landlord "fixed" the electrical in the kitchen so one of the plugs don't work. He replaced a leaky dishwasher that caused a little damage under the cabinets. The back toilet flushes slowly. I repced the innards but the vent pipe probably needs to be flushed. Mechanics in the other toilet need to be replaced as well. Roof has held up to lots of rain and the A/C was replaced last year because of a carbon monoxide leak. Carpets need to be replaced as we have two dogs but otherwise I think it's solid. Please shoot me a message if you are interested in the owners contact info, address or pictures. Thanks!
