When you can't keep up with it and need a full time office person.

I tried multiple things over the years. Odesk and other virtual assistants. They do okay but frankly they have divided interests among other businesses.

I bought an office building and hired someone that only works on my business. They come in to work and only focus on my business. I tried the remote thing with someone working in another location even in the same state and didn't like it.

Have had the back office person for about 1 year and love it. Instead of only paying a salary there is also a bonus to be made. This keeps them motivated that as the company succeeds so do they.

Now if you are just talking for another agent to handle some leads  for you then you can refer off to them or put someone on your team etc. They will be splitting with you and the brokerage if you are not the principal broker so it can reduce their earnings per deal considerably.
