What are your thoughts on: Long-term Buy and hold for cash flow In Myrtle Beach? Vacation rentals in Myrtle Beach and Hilton Head? Flips in either/or? Thank you! I do not have anything super specific in mind yet but just trying to get a feel for it. Any thoughts welcome and experience welcome. Thanks again!
