Finding an Equity Partner

Hey guys,

So, I'm relatively new to real estate investing. I live in Prague, Czech Republic. There are so many deals here. The problem is I would like to find a partner as I don't own anything at the moment. How do I find a partner to get started in this business? I've tried to reach out to a few people. Still, it's difficult because there aren't clubs and meetings to attend like in the States. The real estate community here is very limited. I just don't know what to do.
