Contractor needed for 3 family gut renovation in Yonkers, NY

I just closed on a 3 family in Yonkers, NY and looking to do a full gut renovation asap on the property. If anyone knows a good and reliable contractor that works in the area please let me know. Also if anyone has a good contract for construction I would greatly appreciate that was well.
