buying rental properties
Hi I am new to the site, just signed up today. I am interested in buying more rental properties(I already have 2). I have had limited success over the past 4 years through this process. I have had all sorts of bad luck along the way. Had a tenant destroy a house, a squatter move in, a couple evictions and some other bad luck along the way. After all of that I still want to buy more properties for some reason. I have read a few books but they seemed to just want to focus on building a portfolio in by any means possible. So here is the question that I really want to know, how can this be done without going millions of dollars in debt? Have 2 properties now, 1 is free and clear and the other has a small mortgage on it. Any help is greatly appreciated.
