3/1: waste of time?
Hi everyone,
Just looking to get some feedback on pursuing 3/1 and 2/1 homes. I'm actively looking for great fix and flip deals that I can pass along to cash buyers. My focus has been on 3 bedroom 2 baths but I've come across some interesting 3/1 and 2/1 homes. Wondering if this is a waste of time? My instinct is that it all comes down to the numbers and if the comps and the ARV are proving that there is some equity in the deal then it's a worthy pursuit. But just would love to get some feedback from actual investors and experts in the field.
Thanks for your insight!
