Offer on Auction.com?

So I found this house driving around a couple weeks ago. It had been foreclosed and googling the address brought me to auction.com. We walked around it, and while doing so the preservation company pulled up, they let us see all the inside. Its full of trash but would quickly clean up for the price.  Last week I could tell I was the only bidder beside auction.com. I ended up at 30k and reserve was met. Long story short though, the bank didnt wire my earnest within the time frame, they returned it, and told me I would have to bid again. Im thinking if the reserve price is 30, should I bid 22,500 and hope they take the offer? House has been foreclosed for 3 months now, and no one knows about it. I realize they may deny my offer and thus become time consuming with more auctions, However think that would be a good move? Realtor appraises house as 60-65k in good condition(after 5k in work). zillow appraises at 50k. Any advice appreciated!
