Hello Everyone!

My name is Jordan and I joined BP a few months ago and have been doing a lot of reading. I live in Jacksonville and I am 25 years old. I am looking to buy my first home and be done renting, but also turn it into something I can flip and eventually sell on my road to becoming a real estate investor. If anyone has any suggestions on where to specifically study or research such as a REI group here in Jax or any other suggestions to help guide me toward making the best educated decision I can and also make this process flow more fluently and build some confidence in doing so, I would greatly appreciate it! I am looking to buy this year and get this ball rolling. I just want to make sure I make the best possible decision I can and hopefully members on here can help me do just that.
