Attorney referral in north jersey

Do you know any attorney who is experienced in auction.com or homesearch.com practicing in hudson/bergen county? I already spoke with attorneys and they all turned me down. One attorney was ok representing me but didn't allow to use power of attorney for closing. Never knew it would be this hard to find the right attorney.. I will share my story about this deal once it is closed in 2 weeks hopefully. Thank you, Soo
