Welcome aboard @Anderson Lioyn There are several hotel industry associations. It sounds like you should join one and look under the hood or at least get on their mailing list. Hope that helps.

You can buy and sell your own houses (However I suggest using an agent, since real estate law in DC and MD is fairly complicated, and it is easy to get sued). You can not buy and sell houses on behalf of someone else though.

I I'm very new to the game. Can I start buying and sailing real estate houses with no license I wanna get money out of it just for now my main business goals is the hospitality industry but I wanna get money buy buying and flipping property to start is it possible for me to do it with out a license please help me I'm stuck.
