Purchasing property in MO from out of state

Hi, I purchasing a "for sale by owner" property in MO but I live out of that state. Since we are not using a realtor, I would like to contact a good real state attorney. Or maybe just need a title search company. First time buying on a different state from where I live. Any recommendations regarding this process will be appreciated.
