No title companies, only lawyers
I'm a new wholesaler and eventually want to flip. I live in eastern North Carolina and I have not found any title companies. I was told that in our state you can only close with a real estate attorney. I found an attorney that says he can close wholesale deals, but my concern is that there maybe issues doing it this way. Does it slow down closing or pose any issues that I should be aware of? Has anyone done this in my state or any other state? Thanks in advance for your feedback.
