Lease to Own Companies

We have been using Home Partners and have had succes with them, however we are moving to MD and need to rent one more year, due to a short sale.  Homepartners won't do another buy (they only do one time). Does anyone know of any lease to own companies that operate in MD? We really want to pick the house and then buy it in 8-12 months, and prevent another move. Not seeing many lease to own homes in the area we want.
