loan options

Good morning BP! I would like to get some input on my problem. I have been pre approved for a fha loan for an investment property with the typical 20% down and min withdraw of 30k. My situation is the best options for my buy and hold strategy are going to be less than the min loan amount after my 20%. I could pull the entire sum from a retirement account but the payment on that loan would not be ideal for any kind of return. Any thoughts other than search more expensive properties
