Lost my first deal

Loosing your first property is like having your heart broken for the first. Lol not really but it still sucks.

Someone bid $500 more than me. Told her I would have went over the other price, but she signed a contract on the spot.

Closing is in a month. She said she would call if they violated the contract or tried to extend the closing date.

At least I know my numbers are right. I will educate my sellers to discuss any offers they receive with me and to wait to sign a contract from another buyer. This might save future deals from falling apart. Those are the positives I can take away from it.
