What is the best way to find acreage deals (1/4 Section or less) about an hour north of Denver? I'm in Kansas City, and this market is unknown at present.

@Jeff M. land of that size is typically handled by commercial brokers. You need to use google to find a few that have listings. Lots of times they are not widely advertised as land deals are a highly relationship driven market segment. Brokers know who is looking for land and call them if something comes to them.

If you are searching for off market land then you need to get with a local title company to generate your lists. They can help you identify parcels that are within your size range.
