Purchase agreement with right of assignment clause

Hello,

I am a newbie to real estate investing and eager to learn.  I have my first property that is a good deal that I am initially looking to wholesale to kind of break the ice before I purchase one to rehab myself.  I have 12 investors lined up and interested in the property, however I need to put the property under contract with an assignment clause in it I believe.  Does anyone know where I can purchase or download a valid contract with an assignment clause valid in Texas?

Thanks so much!

Adrian
