Septic System in Clay Soils?
Hello,
I am an investor south of Louisville, Kentucky (cox's creek). I am converting a church into a SFR and the septic is not suitable. Unfortunately, the property has clay soil, so it looks like I need to bring in about 560 yards of top soil for a septic system or to have an engineer come analyze the project and determine if there would be another option. Does anyone have any experience with septic systems in clay soil? Or any ideas?
Thanks for your help,
Corey
