A big shout out to Brandon Turner & Josh Dorkin! My hubby and I are 27 and started into REI about 7 months ago. Here's what we've done so far! In that time period, we've aquired the following: 1. Duplex for 16k. ARV of about 40k. One side was already rented for $450/month and we rehabbed other side and now rent it for $550/month. 2. 4.6 acres on a stream for $10k. Located in best school district in PA. On market for 50k or best offer. 3. 3bd/1bath split entry brick home with private yard, paved driveway and unattached single car garage. Great neighborhood. Bought for $27,500. ARV of $100,000. Will rehab and rent for $1000/month. 4. 2bd/1 bath home with deck and private driveway and yard. Move in ready; also comes with washer/dryer and oven. Bought for $30,000. ARV of $75-85,000. Will turn it into a 3bd/1 bath and rent for $750-$850/month. THANK YOU to all BP members for your help!
