Impact of addressed being used by a SEX OFFENDER
Hello All,
I place an offer on a house that I really like. When I walked in it I thought to myself nothing will stop me from buying this property. But after a little digging I just discover that a sex offender used that address as his last known address. I did a further digging the man is a 3 tier offender.
How will this impact the value of the house, say I want to sell it down the road?
Can I renegotiate the price base on this fact?
Would this stop me from gaining license to operate this house as a senior housing facility/people with disability?
Thanks,
