Leveraging a condo owned by our LLC

Hello everyone, My business partner and I own a ski condo in Hunter, NY and want to leverage it to purchase a condo in Killington, VT. We just started an LLC in September of 2015 and we purchased the condo all cash in January of 2016 for $165,000. Do you think our LLC can get a mortgage or loan when leveraging our first investment or should we wait? What factors matter? Where and what should we be looking for? The first condo is doing well despite the terrible ski season in the northeast. Thanks all, love this form and the passion you all have :-) - Steve
