co worker want out her house told her will take over payments

Hello my Bp family I have a co worker we were talking said she is letting her house go behind on mortgage told her I can get it caught up and pay mortgage she agreed calling her loan company is this a subject 2 what do I do next besides call my lawyer. please any advise will be greatly appreciated.
